What is Access Pass?
Access Pass Basic and Access Pass Premium loyalty programs reward our customers for shopping with us, whether in-store or online.
1. What’s the difference between a Basic and Premium membership?
Access Pass Basic includes:
· 5 points per dollar spent
· $10 reward per 1000 points, rewards can be used on in-store purchases
· Birthday gift in-store
Access Pass Premium (membership costs $10 in the US and $12 in CA) includes:
· 10 points per dollar spent
· $10 reward per 1000 points
· Birthday gift in-store
· Early notifications on limited edition and special offers
· 20% off eligible hats and 10% off eligible apparel, novelties, and accessories in-store
· 20% off eligible hats, apparel, novelties, and accessories online
2. How can I earn Reward points?
Rack up reward points with every purchase you make in-store and online. Access Pass Basic members receive 5 points for every $1 spent. Access Pass Premium members receive 10 points for every $1 spent. Returns will deduct points from your account.
· Point Balance: This will reflect the balance of points toward your next reward.
· Rewards Available: Once you reach 1,000 points, your full balance is eligible for redemption.
· Expiration: Access Pass points expire 180 days after they were added to your account.
3. How do I receive my Access Pass Premium discounts online?
As a member you will receive an email with a coupon code at the beginning of each month. During checkout, simply enter the code to receive 20% off your items.
4. How do I renew Access Pass Premium?
When you sign up for Access Pass Premium online, you have the option to sign up for Autorenewal. If you opted out or signed up in-store, you will receive an e-mail notification letting you know it is time to renew.
5. Do I earn points for orders I place online?
Yes! You will receive points just like you do for purchases made in any of our store locations.
6. Can I check my points balance online?
Yes, you can sign in to view your point balance on your account page.
