What is Access Pass?
Access Pass Basic and Access Pass Premium loyalty programs reward our customers for shopping with us, whether in-store or online.
1. What's the difference between Basic and Premium membership?
Access Pass Basic (Free)
- Earn 5 points for every $1 spent
- $10 in rewards for every 1,000 points earned
- Redeem rewards on eligible in-store purchases
- Birthday gift in-store
Access Pass Premium ($10/year in the U.S., $12/year in Canada)
- Earn 10 points for every $1 spent
- $10 in rewards for every 1,000 points earned
- Redeem rewards on eligible in-store purchases
- Birthday gift in-store
- Early access to limited-edition releases and special offers
- 20% off eligible hats and 10% off eligible apparel, novelties, and accessories in-store
- 20% off eligible hats, apparel, novelties, and accessories online
2. How do I earn points?
Earn points every time you shop in-store or online.
- Basic members: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent.
- Premium members: Earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
Please note:
- Returns will remove the points earned from the returned purchase.
- You won't earn points on purchases paid for with rewards.
- Points expire 180 days after they're earned.
Understanding your account:
- Point Balance: The number of points you've earned toward your next reward.
- Available Rewards: Once you reach 1,000 points, your full balance can be redeemed.
3. How do I receive my Access Pass Premium discounts online?
On Lids.com
- Sign in to your Access Pass account.
- Your current monthly promo code appears under your membership tier.
- A new promo code is issued at the beginning of each month.
- You'll also receive the code by email.
Text message delivery is coming soon for members who have provided a mobile phone number.
On Lids HD
Simply enter the email address associated with your Access Pass Premium account at checkout. Your eligible discount will be applied automatically.
Please allow up to one week after joining Premium for your online discount to become active.
4. When does my Access Pass Premium membership expire?
Your Premium membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
If you enrolled in auto-renewal, your membership will automatically renew each year using the payment method on file.
If you did not enroll in auto-renewal, we'll send you renewal reminders beginning 30 days before your membership expires.
5. How do I cancel Access Pass Premium?
Access Pass Premium membership fees are non-refundable.
If you're enrolled in auto-renewal and would like to turn it off, contact Customer Care at customercare@lids.com.
Turning off auto-renewal will prevent future charges but will not cancel your current Premium membership. You'll continue to receive Premium benefits until your membership expires.
6. Do I earn points for online orders?
Yes. You'll earn points on eligible online purchases just as you do for purchases made in participating store locations.
Points may take up to one week after your order is completed to appear in your Access Pass account.
7. How long does it take for Access Pass Premium to become active?
If you join in a Lids store
Your Premium discount can be applied to your purchase immediately.
If your purchase includes multiple items, the Premium discount applies to eligible items except the highest-priced item.
You'll earn 5 points per $1 on the purchase when you enroll. Beginning with your next purchase, you'll earn 10 points per $1 as a Premium member.
If you join online
Please allow up to one week for your Premium membership and online discounts to become active.
