OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. SPONSOR: Hat World, Inc. d/b/a Lids, with an address of 7676 Interactive Way, Indianapolis, IN, 46273, is the sponsor and administrator of the Sweepstakes (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor is sometimes referred to in these Official Rules as “Lids”.
   
   
2. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Lids 2024 MLB TICKET Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on June 18, 2024 at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 24, 2024 at 3:59:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). There will be (36) potential Grand Prize winners of the Sweepstakes, to be selected at random during the Promotion Period (each, a “Grand Prize Winner”). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, administered, executed, or produced by any Lids’ affiliate, vendor, or partner, or any sports league, social media platform, or other third party. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored by any of the MLB Entities. Major League Baseball trademarks and copyrights are used with permission of Major League Baseball. Visit MLB.com.
   
   
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to United States and Canada residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain United States and/or Canadian territories where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry. Employees of Lids, the MLB Entities, each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, and any individual who has been awarded a prize in any promotion sponsored by Lids in the preceding twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
   
   
4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, entrants must complete the online entry form located in store via QR code or at https://blog.lids.com/holiday-shopping-spree-contest. Entrants must complete all required fields on the entry form, including virtual scavenger hunt. (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person, household, or email address during the Promotion Period.
   
   
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Grand Prize Winners: During sweepstakes promotional period multiple (36) potential Grand Prize Winners will be selected by Sponsor or its designee at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner selections under these Official Rules are final and binding on all matters relating to the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via the e-mail address submitted with their respective entry and must respond to such notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification from Sponsor or its designee to be eligible to receive a prize. If any of the following occur, the potential winner(s) will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, time permitting: (i) the potential winner does not respond within forty eight (48) hours of the first winner notification attempt by Sponsor, (ii) the potential winner is found to be ineligible for the prize, (iii) the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential winner, (iv) the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules or submit required documents on the timeline specified by Sponsor, or (v) the potential winner declines the prize for any reason. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure until the prize is awarded, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. The winners may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and its designees are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, or entries that don’t identify the entrant; (ii) any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason, or (iii) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the prize. For any prize having a value of more than six hundred dollars ($600 USD), the winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release in order to receive the prize, or the prize will be forfeited, subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. The winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state, and local taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance. Each prize will be fulfilled within a reasonable time after Sponsor’s verification of a winner(s). In the event of a dispute regarding entries based on the identity of the entrant, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e- mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may not participate with multiple e-mail addresses. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor, as set forth below.
   
   
7. PRIZES: Multiple (36) Grand Prize Winners will receive one (1) of the following (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion): i) two (2) 2024 Los Angeles Dodgers regular season home game tickets for winner and one (1) guest on a date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; ii) one (1) Los Angeles Dodgers Jersey to be determined by Sponsor; or iii) one (1) Los Angeles Dodgers Hat, all of which will be awarded in the form of the “Grand Prizes” listed. Sponsor is not responsible for the inability of any winner to accept a prize for any reason. The prizes are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-endorsable. The prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guaranty of any kind. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see dodgers.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the applicable prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see dodgers.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, you (i) accept and agree to abide by and be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its designee; (ii) agree to release Sponsor (as set forth in the release of liability below), the MLB Entities, each of their affiliates, subsidiary and parent companies, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, social media platforms, and its employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that Sponsor nor its employees, officers, and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality; (iii) acknowledge that you will be automatically enrolled in Lids’ Access Pass loyalty program as an Access Pass Free member (iv) agree to becoming an Access Pass Free member and to comply with the program’s terms and conditions accessible at Access Pass Terms and Conditions - Lids; and (v) consent to the use of your name, image, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes by Sponsor and its employees, officers and agents, without consideration or further permission, unless prohibited by law. These Official Rules are subject to applicable US federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws. Void where prohibited.
   
   
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, you waive all right to, and hold Sponsor and its affiliates harmless from any and all existing or future, alleged or actual, claims, liabilities, losses, damages (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of a prize. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if Sponsor determines that an entrant participates in activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of this Sweepstakes or to defraud Sponsor in any way, Sponsor reserves the right cancel or modify this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants and any entrant participating in such activities will be disqualified from this Sweepstakes and will forfeit any prizes won. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website associated with the Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and subject to prosecution. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person responsible for such attempt to the fullest extent of the law.
   
   
10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or a prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
    
    
11. PRIVACY POLICY: Any data or information collected during an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes , including personally identifiable information and information collected and used in relation to your opt-in to Lids’ Access Pass loyalty program, is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Lids’ Privacy Policy accessible at: https://blog.lids.com/privacy-policy/. Such data and information may specifically be used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers for marketing purposes.
    
    
12. WINNER’S LIST: For the name of prize winners, available after 1/3/2025 through 1/10/2025, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Lids, Attn: Marketing Dept. (Sweepstakes), 7676 Interactive Way, Indianapolis, IN, 46273.

When you enter participating stores, look for the home plate floor graphic that includes a QR code to get access to the limited time only Lids AR feature.

The feature will prompt you to find the “Lids Loot” which showcases 6 Dodgers hats from the Cooperstown Collection.
